We use PARMIGIANO REGGIANO DOP (the best Parmesan cheese in the world), the freshest basil and arugula available, first pressed virgin olive oil from a small family farm in Lucca, Italy, domestic grown garlic, fresh squeezed domestic lemon juice, fresh pine nuts, and sea salt.
